While the Paris-Dakar Rally remained relatively consistant over the years, the 14th event for 1992 took a big shift and lengthened the course to a whopping 7,722 miles over 3 weeks. During this race Mitsubishi took a unique 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finish, and this sticker was one of 3 designed to commemorate the incredibly victory.
 
While Mitsubishi claimed the title for a number of years, Porsche, Mini, and even Rolls Royce have competed. Each making commemorative gear and apparel to go along with the annual competition. Often sold through mail order only, limited numbers of these have popped up. And while the race has since moved on to other parts of the globe, the Paris-Dakar will always be the original.
